注册英国、加拿大amazon

今天试下注册英国、加拿大amazon，

显示You indicated you are a new customer, but an account already exists with the e-mail
不是说amazon是各自独立的，为什么能知道？这个email以前用来注册美国的。https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/

于是，我用美国号登录英国、加拿大amazon，显示

不行，还是要独立帐号。
难道每个国家amazon注册都要用不同的email ,用同一个不行吗？

其实我不想告诉撸主，我是用同一email注册所有amazon的，除了de,jp,in没法外。
其实最重要的还是要看撸主的流量来自哪里，就算你有了jp号，没jp流量还是＝0

这种多国不同amazon账号在一个电脑上登陆，如果平时一个不注意细节，会不会对各个账号因为关联而受到处罚，还是他们是各自独立的？
