bluehost主机难道也要验证？

前几天邮箱收到bluehost主机优惠邮件，我在原账号上又买了个主机空间，
上bluehost主机 想改自动续费为手动续费，会出这样

是不是要验证通过 ，才能最终购买成功？(奇怪我的邮箱并没有收到要验证的邮件)
