UPDATE: 08:18 UTC - server has been online since 07:31 with a potential fix

This server has severe hardware issues meaning it cannot boot currently, storage is still intact. We're awaiting a more experienced data centre technician becoming available within the next 45 minutes to assist in further diagnostics and part replacements. 43 minutes ago
