“课堂教学是对小学生进行全面发展教育的最经常、最主要的途径。作为小学生素质培养的第一线，课堂教学的意义十分重大。但是我们必须清楚地认识到，由于种种原因，小学教学质量还不尽人意，如何提高教学质量是一个值得和需要探讨的课题。针对现阶段小学课堂教学的现状，本文从教师的教育理念、师生关系、教师对学生学法的指导、学生学习兴趣的培养和对情感的激发等方面进行论述。”

Classroom teaching is a most common,fundamental educational method to promote the versatile development of pupil.As the front line of pupil EQO (Essential-qualities-oriented) Education,classroom teaching seems most significant.At the same time,we should acknowledge that for various reasons,the quality of elementary school education is not satisfying,and thus how to improve educaiton quality come to be a discussible issue.Taking aim at present primary classroom teaching status quo,this argument ranges from teacher's educational philosophy,Teacher-Student relationship,teacher's instruction for pupil's learning methods,development of pupil's learning interest,to evoking pupil's learning passion and so forth.
