HOSTGATOR与PHPCMS

谁用HOSTGATOR的空间上装过PHPCMS类的程序吗， HOSTGATOR那个BABY PLAN能装上部能啊

我怎么装不上，文件上传后，一运行install.php，就显示找不到啊：

PHPCMS2007, 不用先建立数据库吧,文件传上去, INSTALL.PHP 都打不开,显示好象是找不到文件

我一般装时是在空间后台建个数据库然后安装
