The reason is because both he, and any takers of his offer, are looking to do no more than send tons of fake, fraudulent leads to the end merchant. He wants overseas people (i.e. Indians, Chinese) because $2 is a lot of money to these overseas people, letting him pocket the $15-$30 difference. Additionally, the extremely high margin he's working with provides him some insurance for when he does get caught be the end merchant for sending fake leads.Pure fraud. Plain and simple.

You got banned because you used non-incentive offers!
If you use incentive offer and you get banned then the affiliate is a bad one, not recommended!
The only thing I agree here, is the people asking for google adsense clicks will be banned for sure.

And to you Mr. Steven, MaxBounty is the BIG FRAUD i had an account there, got legally leads using adwords and what is my surprise when I suppose to get the payment? i got banned for no reason no explanation.
