【求助】Amazon登陆不了，找回密码遇到毁灭性的难题！！！
事情是这样的，我9月份在同学电脑上登录amazon，一下子登录进去，2秒后就退出来了，后面就一直登陆不进去了，后来检查邮箱发现邮件：Dear Father,

1. Go to Amazon.com and click the "Your Account" link at the top of
our website.
2. Click the link that says "Forgot your password?"
3. Follow the instructions to set a new password for your account.
Please choose a new password and do not use the same password you used
with us previously.

我就点击找回密码，却遇上这两个选项：

我都没信用卡，更买过东西，怎么办呢？ LZ，爱莫能助了啊{s_043_m} 不明白，试着翻译一下看看什么问题，然后回复email试试 这个不是太懂了,帮不上,有点爱莫能助 重新注册个。。。。费劲么？ 重新注册个。。。。费劲么？
