This is real simple, I took a joke, went to http://www.xtranormal.com/]Xtranormal | Text-to-Movie made it into a video, and then uploaded it to some video sites.
If you get the right combination it could do well.
The above is just a quick example I did. Of course I have my referal link to MMD on the site also.
You could even start a joke site doing this.
just have fun with it.
