adcenter要验证我的个人信息，有人遇到过吗？

账号是很久以前申请的，几天前拿出来用还一切正常。现在帐号突然无法登陆，支持邮件里说：

To resolve your issue, you will need to provide certain account and billing information that, due to security concerns, should not be sent over email.We ask that you contact us by phone at 1-800-518-5689 or chat http://advertising.microsoft.com/small-business/contact-sales-and-support

我的信息都是真实的，只是信用卡到期更换之后赶上搬家换了个地址，不知道跟这个有没有关系。或者现在只要是中国的卡都要验证一下？
