Get Links From Fiver For Free including
This is a thing I do sometimes to pick up a some quick links. Go to fiver and search for guys offering link packages for .com,.edu.gov,etc.Look at their feedback and you will find a person or two that say something like: "mysite.com thanks you for the links" I then use seo-quake and find the link sources that they used and use them myself.
