申请leadbolt的艰难历程

4月6日
注册leadbolt，人家给我发了封邮件，要我激活：
内容如下：

点进去，俺想也不怎么难么，有人说申请leadbolt挺难的。
结果：
4月6日
Your LeadBolt advertiser account (Advertiser ID: 90019***) has been put on hold.

Due to new network security measures some further information is required on your account. These measures are in place to safeguard all LeadBolt clients.
- If the account is in your personal name then please reply with a color copy of your id document such as your passport, id card or driver’s license; and proof of address such as a copy of a recent utility bill. Please note that if your id document includes your address then only this is required.
- If the account is in a business name, then please just supply proof of address such as a copy of a recent utility bill that is in the company name.

Please note that all information in the docs provided should match the information detailed in your LeadBolt account.

This information is requested without prejudice and is treated with strictest confidence and privacy. Please note that this account is temporarily suspended until this information is received. Once we have received these documents they will be verified ASAP and the account reactivated.

Thank you for sending in your photo ID. Can you please reply with a utility bill such as phone, power, gas or water or a bank/credit statement that has the same address details that are in your account?

要我的水电费收据单，煤气供应收据单（可能人家国外这些都是邮寄的吧，有具体地址），或者银行的邮寄地址。
这不是要俺的老命吧，上哪里找去？
想想到中国移动去吧，记得买手机的时候有地址的。
去了磨了半天，无语。。。
俺还有什么证件呢？他主要是要我的地址的。。。

Thanks for your patience. I have heard back from the approvals team and the address on your ID doesn't match the address details we have in your account.

Do you have a bill such as a power, gas, phone or water bill? Or a bank/credit card statement with the address you used to set up your account? Once we receive address verification we can re-process your account for approval.

说我的身份证上的地址和申请时用的地址不一样。还是要煤气水电地址，奶奶的，老外和我干上了。。。

Also can you please confirm you approve us making a change to the information in your account so that it matches the information on your ID verification documents?

Once we receive the information and approval to make a change to your account, we can make those changes and approve your account.

客服mm态度是很好，可惜不管用啊，她们下达完任务就不管了。也不知道给没给寄出。打了N次电话了。第一次是寄过来了，但是地址是手写改的（新改的地址），后面再就收不到了。

电子版的不带地址，难道你的意思是跟纸质的格式一模一样的能寄点子版的吗，我问过，她说不行，发不了。
