The bill for renewal has already been paid. It is clear through the screenshot of Alipay,

I have renewed my payment for several days, when will you mark the bill as paid? Is there any sense of responsibility? The VPS is about to expire and you haven't processed the bill as paid after receiving the payment. Is this a fraud against consumers?

They do get marked as paid once our team or I get to it. We work tickets as they come in.

So we are still fighting with Stripe on getting this corrected. Once we do these issues go away. You can always add funds to your account then when it's time to renew the money is already sitting there for you to use.

有一说一，跟商家没关系，以PayPal为例，商家要三十天后才能收到钱

支付平台什么时候结算和买家有什么关系，买家付款完就应该是已支付了，难到让买家等一个月，机器到期了，数据没了，然后告诉你“我们收到款了，给您续费上了，但是您的数据没了，已经到期自动删除了”
