Hi we had a problem with the account, the leads sent for the herbal offer were bad leads and we got a complaint from the advertiser so we shut your account down.
Can you please let me know how you got the herbal leads so I can maybe sort this out with the advertiser?

你用英语这么回答:

As to the bad leads, I do not know what reason casue it.

Could I get the details about these bad leads?

Maybe there are something unkonwn which cause it.
