VaultWarden 的网站图标功能很不好用

在线自动获取favicon总有不行的，或者网站没有图标的，

我原来是自己搞一个，改个名放在图片目录下，然后把默认的 .missing 删掉就可以了

最近发现这个方法不行了，每次访问，都是自动去在线获取，获取不到的还是会变成.missing，然后是个很丑的灰色小地球

这个问题还不少，看日志好像有策略定期更新，请求是从服务器上发起的，数量多了之后web端显示也就跟着有问题，我现在把icon关了，准备试试外部api

我看1月份最后那个版本支持外部icon，但是不知道 docker 的话是用哪个参数 :(
