外链2的工具不能下载了，很奇怪啊

就是那个link 推广管理工具，现在都不能注册了，还好那时候注册了帐号，
登录了，想下载toolbar来安装，但是点击进去却显示：
“No help desk at support.hitreach.co.ukThere is no help desk configured at this address. This means that the address is available and that you can claim it at http://www.zendesk.com/signup/”

请指教，我搜索过了，找不到答案。谢谢
