美国银行卡申请
本帖最后由 oceanxwzj 于 2010-2-3 01:40 编辑用中国的身份也可以注册美国银行卡（mastercard），而且是合法的，可以用作我们日常的所有卡交易（验证pp，adword，收联盟款）
只需要填写个人身份证号，名字，和卡的邮寄地址（当然最好是你身份证上面的地址，便于审批）
卡是免费邮寄的，邮寄一般需要25天左右。

The cardholder is the person whose name is imprinted on the card. This is the person to whom the card was issued and the only person authorized to use the card.
who can get the card?
Anyone worldwide over the age of 18 can order thePrepaid MasterCard. You don't need a bank account to apply.
can i use it on the internet?
The Prepaid MasterCard card may be used for online transactions wherever Debit MasterCard is an accepted form of payment. Important: Avoid using the card to register online for free trials. After the trial period, companies may start charging your card and you will be responsible for the charges.

Card activation*
Within US: $10
Outside US: $20
Getting a replacement card*:
Within US: $10
Outside US: $20
Monthly account maintenance: $3
ATM Cash withdrawal:
Within US: $1.35
Outside US: $2.15 + up to 3% of transaction amount
ATM withdrawal declined: $0.90
Card loading from a VISA/MasterCard card: 3.5% of loaded amount
Transfer from a checking or a savings account: $5 for first transaction, then $2
Receiving a payment from your partner (card loading):
$2 for regular loading, takes about 5 days to become available in your card balance
$5 for express loading, takes about 2 hours to become availble in your card balance
Purchase Transaction:
Within US: Free
Outside US: Up to 3% of transaction amount
You might have noticed that using your card outisde of the US will cost you much more than if you used in the United States. This is quite normal as the card is issued by a US bank which means that international transactions cost them more.

一看FAQ就知道, 就是这家. 亚交就能代办的 靠，被忽悠进来，结果是........:L 到底是做什么的啊 不明白 太贵了，能不能砍点价呢

这家我有四五张卡。。。
LZ说的US Virtual Bank Account是可以拿到卡后可以发信去申请的，现在还是测试中，不是申请就一定能批到它的Virtual Bank Account的，据说要你的卡至少收过一次钱才可以，这点对EMU的兄弟来说并不容易。
而且ATM取款的时候手续费+货币兑换费等等这些加起来不少。。。
实际取款汇率大概不到1：6.6，比直接找pp兑换还要低。。。
没多大意义。。。 原来是软文gggg 就是www.payoneer.com这个的拉！！免费的东西，还要收这么贵 没哪么多钱办的啊 楼主来抢钱了啊！！！ 有点贵了，方法买1000 原来 是 。。。。。。。。。。。软文。。骗，，， 真能忽悠申请过了 真不明白了，唉，傻子不够用了:lol 真能办多好呀。哎。。。。 判断没错就是Payoneer卡。注册好了，写个信就开同银行帐户了。。。。 楼主被杯具了 这还要收费，payoneer:lol
