用中国的身份也可以注册美国银行卡（mastercard），而且是合法的，可以用作我们日常的所有卡交易（验证pp，adword，收联盟款）
只需要填写个人身份证号，名字，和卡的邮寄地址（当然最好是你身份证上面的地址，便于审批）
卡是免费邮寄的，邮寄一般需要25天左右。

who can use the card?

who can get the card?
Anyone worldwide over the age of 18 can order the Prepaid MasterCard. You don't need a bank account to apply.

The Prepaid MasterCard card may be used for online transactions wherever Debit MasterCard is an accepted form of payment. Important: Avoid using the card to register online for free trials. After the trial period, companies may start charging your card and you will be responsible for the charges.

You might have noticed that using your card outisde of the US will cost you much more than if you used in the United States. This is quite normal as the card is issued by a US bank which means that international transactions cost them more.

Many people around the globe have been trying to apply for a US Bank Account but were denied by the extremely restrictive conditions they have been required to fulfill before they could get one.
