前两天买的HostGator，今天账户被关闭了！！！

今天看网站不能访问，打开邮件，看到：
Thank you for your order with HostGator.com!

In order for us to continue with the account setup, please respond to this ticket with a scanned copy of a Photo ID such as as a passport, or drivers license. In addition to a photo ID, please include a scanned copy of the credit card that was used in your account purchase(assuming you purchased a hosting account with a credit card). For security purposes you can mask off all the digits of the card number except for the last 4 digits.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation here, and look forward to working with you.
我当时不是用自己的真实姓名购买的，而且通过PP付款（因为PP上面钱不够，又从信用卡中扣了一部分），这样有问题吗？
那我接下来该怎么办？急死了……

上传你的护照、驾驶证、身份证等带图片的证件，如果是信用卡支付需要上传信用卡图片，可以把数字部分打码。

用pp付款那就上传证件就可以，护照和驾驶证效果最好，因为上面有中英文对照。

证件信息和支付的pp信息对应就可以的。

我刚才跟他们客服聊，叫我打电话过去，然后打电话过去聊了很久，我说我是中国的，没有护照和驾驶证，他们说会发邮件给我，叫我以另外一种方式验证，下面是邮件内容：

Thank you for your recent order with Hostgator!

Since you are unable to provide a government or state issued photo ID for verification, in order to activate your account we will require payment for the initial invoice via Western Union or bank wire.A minimum payment of $25 will be required for the first payment.Once you have successfully paid in this way, you will be able to pay using a credit card or Paypal in the future.If you choose to continue to pay via Western Union or bank wire after the initial invoice, we will require a minimum payment of $100.

*We will grant a $25 service credit to your hosting account after we receive the initial Western Union or bank wire payment for the inconvenience.

我是直接用身份证扫描件发过去，身份证旁要用英文翻译，一小时就通过验证了

没有要求一定要护照和驾驶证,扫描身份证就可以了
