后记，确实是个骗子，原文如下：

我也觉得是个骗子。。。
但是忍不住想说，“help him to purchase”是没有语法错误的。。。。 help sb to do sth和help sb do sth是都存在的。

这种都是纯老外，基本上不会有语法错误的。
何况是这种标准的email模板。

也许存在，但不等于好英语的习惯用法。美国（和加拿大）人几乎没人这样用，也就是不地道（或非Normally）。看看一个给托福和TOEIC评分的老师怎么说，当然他是美国英语角度。

Normally, we just say "help somebody do something." Strictly speaking, you can put "to" in there if you really, really feel that you must. So, if I were grading an essay that you wrote, I wouldn't mark it incorrect, if you threw that little extra word in there. But that's not necessary. Normally we only put it in when a phrase gets very long and we're in danger of forgetting what we're talking about (which happens to me rather more often than to most). Even then, most people wouldn't bother with "to."

1. 我搜索了你提供的话，这句话并非正式来源，只是yahoo answer上的讨论。而且说句话的人也说，I graded essays (TOFEL and TOEIC) for years and saw lots of sentences with "help to do" and never graded that as an error. (我数年为TOFEL和TOEIC作文打分，看过很多使用“help to do”的句子，我从未把它判定为错。）

2. 我查了Oxford Advanced, Cambridge Advanced, Merriam-Webster这几个最权威的词典，里面都同时收录help to do和help do，尤其是Oxford Advanced里面提到两个词的区别，提到去掉 ‘to’才是非正式的用法（in informal or Spoken English)。
我没有说help do是错误的用法，但是说help to do是“不好的习惯”有点问题。
Help do这个表达形式本身就是动词不定式缩写to才形成的，即使是说话的时候不加上”to“大家也知道这是个动词不定式。正式场合下，大家会趋于避免过多使用省略形式。

3. 我的授课教授，是个美国人而且是小有名气的语言学家，在正式以及非正式场合下用到这个词都是使用help to do （之前木有注意过他的用词，昨天和他说话的时候，正好他用到这个词。。。。这世界总是充满了巧合。。。）——当然你也可以理解为他是个语言学家，对语法要求挑剔的很，所以说话很老学究。
我的助教是个英国人，那就更不用说了，英国人很少偷懒使用省略的方式。我猜想（只是猜想）在英国大家会觉得“help do”是nonsense吧！

如果你偏好 “help do”的形式没什么不可以，听起来确实更轻松些，我只是提出下“help to do”和“help do”都是正确而且常见的表达形式。
我搜索资料的时候，也看到有人提出help to do和help do在语义上稍有差别，但因为并非主流看法，所以我也没有贴过来。（即使按照这个非主流看法，这封email里面的使用方式也是正确的）。

My client never spends money on domains without the official valuation. This is his financial policy. I cannot do anything with that. There is no risk for you. The official appraisal certificate will increase the value of your domain and attract serious investors. Without the appraisal you can sell for $300-$500 only.
I'm not going to pay for appraisals from my small commission. You earn much more on this deal and this is your responsibility. My client is a golden mine. You may lose this great opportunity.
