也许存在,但不等于好英语的习惯用法。美国(和加拿大)人几乎没人这样用,也就是不地道(或非Normally)。看看一个给托福和TOEIC评分的老师怎么说,当然他是美国英语角度。
Normally, we just say "help somebody do something." Strictly speaking, you can put "to" in there if you really, really feel that you must. So, if I were grading an essay that you wrote, I wouldn't mark it incorrect, if you threw that little extra word in there. But that's not necessary. Normally we only put it in when a phrase gets very long and we're in danger of forgetting what we're talking about (which happens to me rather more often than to most). Even then, most people wouldn't bother with "to."
