For those who don't have the time to watch through the videos, here is the summary:

1) wordpress solved 80-90% of the SEO issue
2) Blog with higher PR will be crawl more often and deeper
2) write to blog often with your own style and not just cut and paste from some press release
3) don't use jaron too technical
4) keyword need to be in your post at least once in order to be ranked
5) use keyword in title
6) dashes is best used for long url
7) things that help you gain repulation- provide service, creative niche,provide good tutorial etc
8) Should you do a video or podcast??? <-- videos are more recommended, videos rank relatively well in google
9) use google tools - google analytic, feedburner, google.com/webmasters/
10) avoid paid post eg. using 3rd party site to boost ranking
11) secure your wordpress eg. always use updated version, use .htacess in /wp-admin
