The offers pay outas high as $3.00 and as low as $0.80 per lead that you generate. User goes on Site A  Clicks on 1.php (Meta refreshes to 2.php)  2.php Metarefreshes directly to CPA offer.Getting weekly payments:
用户到网站A,点击1.php 会跳到2.php然后再跳到你的OFFERAll you have to do is talk to your affiliate manager, be condescending (like youshould’ve been the whole time) and mention that you get weekly payoutswith companies such as…..XY7, Copeac, and Hydra. Along with that, there’salso usually a minimum of $1,000/week in lead generation in order to getthe weeklies.
