Our records indicate that you received payment(s) for services provided as part of the Amazon Associates program.
The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (the U.S. Federal tax authority) requires Amazon ask our Associates where their Associate services were performed (either within or outside the U.S.) to ensure appropriate U.S. tax reporting. If you fail to respond, Amazon may presume that your services were performed within the U.S. and report the advertising fees you earned in 2013 to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. This reporting isn't necessary if the services were performed outside the U.S., so it's important that you respond as soon as possible.
Amazon requires a response by February 21, 2014. If you fail to respond by February 21, 2014, advertising fee payment(s) due to you will be put on hold until receipt of this statement.
Please send all the required information below via e-mail to: tax-docs@amazon.com
