说自己的站点不赚钱，可是站上还有adsense广告呀？这个解释能避免版权纠纷吗？谢谢

disclaimer在法律上对于版权侵权问题上其实没有什么用处，
但是对于不知来源的作品，别人通知你，立刻删除就可不负损害赔偿责任。

实际上取决于版权方是不是恶人。
如果版权方人还不错，是直接通知你删除，然后就没事了。
如果版权方是恶人，他不会通知你，而是直接去google投诉，然后你就杯具了，网站会被降权

这个，就是个说不清的问题了
每个站长肯定都会说自己站上的资料，要么版权是自己的，要么是不知来源的

首先要有一个联系方式
其次没有必要提网站上的东西都是自己的版权
这种面子观念没有必要
那些访客一般不会去在乎，是不是你自己的
但是却会给你版权带来问题

没错，所以这是网络法律界的一个难题。
我看过很多这样的案子，虽然判决结果不一致，但一般都认同免责声明就是在告诉大家,"站长不想为侵权内容负责"，所以这种排除责任的声明其实是无效的。根据美国千禧年数字法案，只要不是恶意侵权，站长只要遵循通知-删除程序就没有问题了，所以就像月光说的，最好在disclaimer页面放上联系邮箱。
但是版权方直接向google投诉，google一般为了避免自己的麻烦，就会枉杀无辜。
