1 是要求你加卡进去, 你的PP不是激活的PP??

要求你传真任何的一个银行对帐单, 我就是传的我的一个存折有名字的那一页复印了传真给他了
卡的对帐单, 卡号和你加进PP中的卡号相同

你直接反客为主
叫他们提供证据证明你的Paypal帐户应该被封！
