structure and content of www.lonelyplanet.com without our permission,
which we see as an infringement of Lonely Planet's copyright.
Accordingly we seek your cooperation to the following within 14 days:
1. Acknowledgment that there has been unauthorised copying of Lonely
Planet content in http://www.be****be.com and provision of apology for
such unauthorised copying.
2. Immediate removal of the unauthorised material from your website.
3. Not in the future to use any content copied from Lonely Planet
Publications on your website without the written authorisation of Lonely
Planet.
4. Application for permission to reproduce this content, should you wish
to continue to do so. Note that fees will apply.
