我用国内地址做的一个广告，怎么也要我传真W-8表格啊？大家看下是这个意思吧？

请问W-8表格一共有几种啊，他为什么叫我去选适合我的W-8表格呢（我用的是中国的地址），另外，发国际传真除了直接打电话还有什么方法啊，找了以前的老贴说有用IP卡的，能不能帮忙说详细些？
