We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1) Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
2) Ensure timely CSEM cases handling and management according to internal process and policy requirement.
3) Provide guidance to frontline on CSEM policy, and work with operational teams to ensure the specific process owned by their side running well.
4) Engage with other stakeholders for problem solving, i.e. with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, Fraud as well as global CSEM team etc.
5) Daily work closely with other HSBC affiliates to handle cross-border case triggers.
6) Ensure various MI reporting delivery in quality and timely manner.
7) Coordinate monthly Customer Selection Committee (CSC) meeting
8) Organize meeting facility and ensure quorum member attendance
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Retail Banking, with experience on compliance / risk management or frontline sales / service roles
• Good spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, ability on influencing
• Good analytical and logical thinking, strong problem solving skills, able to balance business and risk
• Disciplined; honest; responsible; organized; self-motivated
