Moving to the United States of America
In order to retain your existing Membership status as you make your move to the United States please apply for a new Card online or by phone. Whatever option you choose, be sure to provide your existing Account number when you apply, as well as the additional information listed below.
Apply for your new Card online:
Select your preferred Card from our Personal Card or Business Card page.
Click to apply online for your chosen Card.
Please acknowledge that you are an existing Card Member by clicking on the relevant ‘Already a Card Member’ link within the application form to continue.
Complete the application with your existing Account number, new U.S. home address and home telephone number.
Once the application has been successfully submitted, we may contact you within a week for identification documentation or any additional information.
Upon approval and acceptance, we will send you your new Card (we aim to have it to you within two weeks of receiving any required documents).
Please call the number on the back of your existing Card to transfer Membership Reward points or if you choose to cancel your Card.
