救命啊~~求教如何解除PP的限制呀~~

今天PP又给我发信了~~内容如下：
We're sorry, but your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this
time. We need more information about your account before we can proceed
with the appeal process. Please complete the steps below so that we may
review your account further:

1.  Fax proof of your address.  Acceptable documents include a utility
bill, bank or credit card statement, insurance bill, or loan bill.  The
document must match the name and address that is currently listed on your
PayPal account.  The copy provided did not list all the necessary
information.

2.  Based on a review of your account and the information received, we show
that you have or are related to another account that has unresolved issues.
Before we can proceed with the appeal process, all outstanding issues with
this linked account, including bringing any negative balances to zero and
resolving all complaints must be resolved. The email domain name for this
account is:
@hotmail.com.

Please note that you will be unable to remove any credit card or bank
account information while your account is limited.

If full access is restored, you will be able to remove the credit card or
bank information at that time.

If you are faxing information, you must use the cover page provided by
PayPal. The cover page contains information specific to you and using it
ensures that your documents are routed and handled in a timely manner. If
you no longer have a copy of the fax cover sheet, please fax the requested
documentation to 1-402-537-5731 Attn: Account Review Department. Please
notate your email address and the following case number when faxing the

我真的糊涂了~~请问各位大虾~~PP到底让我具体怎么做才能解除我的帐户的限制？

你需要将你的信用卡帐单传真给他，还有你的身份证传真给他，证明这个卡是你的

就传真这2样就可以了吗？其它的就不用传真给它了？

它是说另一个帐户有问题？我就是这段看不太明白~~郁闷~~大虾能翻译一下吗？

有个帐号有问题，你的和他有过交易。是@HOTMAIL后缀的帐号，大概意思是要等他那个解决你才会解决。一知半解，不知道理解的对不对。

英文太烂看不明白  我在未激活状态时也被封过一次  拿卡激活就再没出过问题了

给我汇款的是我一个朋友~~他的帐户也被限制了~~但现在又解除了~~完全正常了~~但我的PP的限制怎么才能解除呢？
