1.)ACCOUNT VERIFICATION STATUS:
StormPay has added new account status terms to all account profiles. Your
status can be viewed on the account overview page from within your account. The
status can also be viewed by those wishing to make a purchase to help determine
whether or not they are dealing with a legitimate supplier/purchaser.

You can also view the status of a purchaser by clicking the transaction ID#
from within your account history. The following is an overview of each status:


"Unknown" - This user has not been verified via telephone by StormPay staff,
and has not sent in proper documentation verifying identity or address.

"Verified" - This user has recently made a purchase from StormPay Inc. and our
staff has called this user to verify the phone # given is valid and that the
user is aware of the credit card/e-check charges.

"Certified" - This user has faxed a copy of their govt. issued Id and a copy of
a recent utility bill certifying identity and proof of address. Fax to
931-647-8970


2.) NEW WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES:
Any account that has not been verified will have a 5 day wait period to
withdraw funds from their StormPay account. The system will not allow you to
withdraw funds that were received less than 5 days prior. To change your
account status, fax a copy of your govt. issued ID card and a copy of a recent
utility bill verifying address to our offices at Fax # 931-647-8970.
These new measures have been included to protect both our buyers and sellers.

3.) NEW FUNDING OPTIONS:
StormPay has teamed with two exchange makers to allow more options for making
purchases through the StormPay system.

X-Changers.com will convert funds to your StormPay account from online
currencies such as E-gold, EvoCash and NetPay. To use this option, click on the
"Deposit" link from within your account. There you will find a link directly to
their services.

GoldNow.st offers International users the ability to fund their StormPay
account directly from their European bank accounts. GoldNow also offers several
other funding options. To use this option, click on the "Deposit" link from
within your account. There you will find a link directly to their services.

4.) Banner Advertising:
StormPay has made advertising on the StormPay website more affordable to all by
adding options of weekly, or monthly advertising rates. When you add your
banner campaign to the StormPay banner rotation, your banners rotate through 5
of StormPay's busiest pages! Great exposure!  Now you can choose the rate and
duration that fits your advertising budget. Also, dont forget, becoming a
featured site in the StormPay Mall is GREAT advertising as well.
