现在偶的Paypal帐号只能收钱，不能买或寄给别人，有些象没有激活的Paypal.

Paypal要求发传真：

*Drivers License or Valid Photo ID

*Most Recent Bank and /or Credit Card Statement

*Recent Utlity Bill

我发给他们我的中文身份证和信用卡月结单。

收到他们的来信：

attached to your PayPal account and will be reviewed
shortly.

Please note that faxed documents are reviewed in the
order they are received and generally require 3-5
