PP解风后信用卡失效？？

我的PP解封后，帐户内信用卡数就是0了。

还让我填个卡。我试者把激活PP的那张卡添上。

显示：
This credit card is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different credit card instead.

If you would still like to use this card, you may fax us a copy of the credit card statement with your PayPal Expanded Use Number on it and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet.*

下一步具体怎么操作。 请大虾们帮助。

不过我解封PP很顺利。都没发FAX，写个信，把EMS扫描到网上。给他了个看的地址。 就OK了。

被封过不少次，也解开了不少次，但是就没有遇到过你这种情况，我的解开了就一切正常了，卡号还是完好的在PP帐户中的。
所以真不知道怎么处理这种情况了。
