一般他会通知你的空间提供商，冻结你的玉米，不至于到诉诸法律的份上。
产生这种情况的原因是你拉站下来以后，页面里的一些旧广告代码没有清除干净，如果你自己站流量过大的话，通过流量分析就能找到你的拷贝站，所以既然偷东西手脚就该做得干净些。

的确偷得不怎么样
其实我的站也是抄的别人的不过我个人没吹嘘自己啊接近完美了
至于是模仿谁的站我就不说了不过现在真站改版了 ALEXA上也更新了
所以我就是正版

偷网站有技术的，要好的软件下载，要几个专用软件配合修改，还要知道哪些地方需要修改，等等
