1) eBay Account with 100+ rating
(dnt have to be your own must
be a sellers
2) eBay Account (legitly your
own)
3)register at Send Money, Money
Transfers and Merchant Accounts -
PayPal Canada make sure u
make it premier account(to get a
real address use google) also
you dont need to add bank or
cc to receive and send $
4)Sell fake items like xbox 360
controllers (make sure u put a
buynow and quantity to like 10.
say you won them off bing.com
in the listing etc or make sumin
up
5) Spend on small items withing
the price range of £10 - £50 on
your legit ebay
