I just had a small comment. I am planning on
taking some action on outsourcing. In fact I already made what I think
will be an Okay spread sheet to keep track of my Outsources (workers)
plus a spread sheet to keep track of orders. Anyway enough on that.



I just had an idea and I really wanted to write an e-book about it, but
since I should test my theory first I figured I could ask the
professional.



I get the fact on getting to the point of outsourcing just about
everything and I really like that idea right there coupled with the fact
offering more then one service to further your profits.



My thing is I thought of an even further way to expand that is just crazy if I get to this point.



I am talking about building websites for a targeted service such as
article writing, website developing, backlinking, and many more. Then
take those sites and sell them. Once you sell them you could throw them
an e-book on how to market on all these different sites. Give them
templates to go by. Pretty much give them most of the keys to their
success. Now for the little kickback for us. Sure we could offer
hosting, but mainly since we already found the service providers. We
could offer to provide the services to the ones we sell the websites to.
This means for every slow part of our business we could build another
site and sell it with our special package.



This would be awesome for the ones buying the sites since they would not
have to search for good workers. Plus you could still make a small
profit off of each deal. Once you sold enough sites you would be making
a whole lot of money and you would have decreased your bottom line
since you will no longer have to hire someone to post links on forums.
You would have increased your earning potential since those new website
owners will want to come back to you for other websites and such.



Okay let me hear how good or bad my little idea is.
