MB被封，跪求解封高手!

今天收到mb一封信，一看就不对，登入mb一看，如果出问题了，提示是locked.

mb信的内容如下：

Dear Mr Junping Zeng,

We are glad that you are using a Moneybookers account to process
payments. Given the official transaction limit for private individuals we
must assume that you are using your account for business purposes.

In order to welcome you as a trusted business partner of Moneybookers
you need to get your account verified. Therefore we kindly ask you to
provide us with the following documents to process the account activation
on our end:

- Your photo ID e.g. Passport
- Address Verification (Business Bank Account Statement preferred or a
recent utility bill)
- An official company document e.g. Certificate of Incorporation, or
something that proves that you are operating a legitimate business.
- Description of your business activity
- Statement showing the share ownership of the company
- Signed copy of the attached Merchant Agreement

You can either send them via email (preferred) or by fax to +44 709 204

钱多的话考虑解一下，钱不多的话,还是算了，解封很麻烦，过程很繁琐

我已经提交了水电费，身份证及信用卡对帐单，希望能unlock/

钱不是很多usd1600多点，如果还没消息，请宝宝帮忙，辛苦费我会考虑的！

你是EMAIL发的还是帐户里有地方上传的?

有TICKET号码还有希望解决，隔2天打一次电话去催就OK了,没那个号码的基本很难解决

宝宝，要不要单独登入mb帐户，到帐户里 upload文件给他们啊，我是直接传真的，然后把他们给我的email回复解释了一下

发邮件根本不回的，传真和打电话或者上传才会理你，而且如果你TICKET NUMBER也是排后,排到最后再看

你发过传真的话就打电话，不要再上传了，上传和传真都一样的,他有个提示就是如果你重复提交的话,是会把你的CASE往后挪处理的

S什么？service@moneybookers.com已经停用了，发了就退，我的要验证地址，搞不定:mad: ，帐户里提交了1个多星期了没回，效率太差劲了。

收到MB 回信，回信速度到是挺快的，不过说没收到我传真，晕了！仔细看了，显示强迫我开通business 帐户，说收到资料马上unlock, 一份8页的合同叫我扫描，倒!

Unfortunately we did not receive any documents from you yet.

Please once again find below the list of the requested documents needed
for the verification of your account. Please send us a scanned copy of
the following documents:

- Your valid official identification document such as your

- Proof of registered address such as Utility Bill or Bank Statement
(within last three months) - please note that we do not accept online
bank statements
- An  explanation of your business activities including URLs  - please
simply write down the name of the account holder, your address as
stated in your Moneybookers  account, your customer ID, the URL of your
website and a short description of your business activities. This document
has to be signed
- A signed Merchant agreement attached to this e-mail - please note
that in order for it to be valid every page has to be signed. Instead of
company name would you please simply fill-in your name as stated in your
Moneybookers profile.

Once we receive the required documents your account will be fully
verified and unlocked. Please also note that your transaction limits will be
increased.

按他的指示提交之后,也打电话说明和了解情况
过了几天给我了一封account closure的信
不过还是能从里面提款出来有够郁闷

不过不是关于unlock的
