WP plugins for New Blog

Hey guys,

Just wondering what is your must have starting kit plugin wise when you start a brand new WP?

I'm trying to figure out which one I will install for this amazing new EMD I found yesterday. Competition is relatively high so I want to put most chances on my side.

Let me know which one you guys use I'm really curious.

in no particular order.. i use a variation of these depending on the site and needs..

WP-Insert for ads above the fold

BackWPup + s3 ( or backup buddy )
Akismet (I DO allow comments, but I remove the URL field from comments.php)
W3 Total Cache (turn off minification) or WP super cache
WP Minify
WP Smush.it
GetClicky plugin ( analytics instead of google )
Linkable Title Html and Php Widget ( instead of stock text widget )
Redirection ( custom 404 redirects for more control ) or "404 to start" if you dont care
Social Slider ( may not work with w3 total cache )

Infogeniuz and gravity forms
