As previously stated after further review, it has been determined that your Payza account shows no signs of having been accessed without your authorization.
The transaction you have mentioned was completed from a location that you have previously authorized payments from or a location from which you regularly access your account. As a result, we are unable to assist you in recovering these funds.
If you feel as though an individual may have compromised your account information and is accessing your Payza account from the same location as you, we would recommend that you reset your password for your email account and your Payza account to prevent any possibility of unauthorized activity.
We highly recommend that you create an original password consisting of alpha-numeric characters. It is also a good idea to use both capital and lower case letters.
