我用国内地址做的一个广告，怎么也要我传真W-8表格啊？大家看下是这个意思吧？

W-9 Form (For companies based in the United States) located here: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf Companies that are located outside the US, please visit http://www.irs.gov/ to determine which W-8 form is the right one for you.
Please type or print clearly and initial the lower right corner of each page and include your Affiliate ID number in the upper right corner of each page.
请问W-8表格一共有几种啊，他为什么叫我去选适合我的W-8表格呢（我用的是中国的地址），另外，发国际传真除了直接打电话还有什么方法啊，找了以前的老贴说有用IP卡的，能不能帮忙说详细些？ |
