We will pay you a commission equal to three cents ($.03) per blind click; provided however, that you must convert at a rate equal to or better than 1:1250 blind clicks.

In the event your conversion ratio is worse than 1:1250, you will automatically be placed in the "per sign-up" program described below retroactive to when you signed up.

New accounts will be on probation until the account has generated a minimum of 1250 blind clicks. Until such time any funds earned will be carried over to subsequent pay periods.
Our log files shall be the final authority in determining the number of successful blind clicks.

A blind click can be generated using any type banner, picture, thumbnail or text link as long as you do not violate any law, utilize deceptive practices, promise anything illegal or violate

contemporary community standards. If you utilize any depictions of obscenity or child pornography you will violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement, forfeit any sums that yo

u believe are due you, and your information will be immediately turned over to appropriate law enforcement authorities. If you generate blind clicks as a result of spam or unsolicited b

ulk or commercial email of any kind, you will be terminated and you will forfeit any sums that you believe are due you. If you fraudulently generate clicks in any way you will be termina
ted and you will forfeit any sums that you believe are due you.
