此行代码可分为两重半加密，这主要的前两重也是现有采集器最头疼的！
1、利用 fromCharCode 进行读取字符数字化字符串，把所有要显示的以数字形式存在
2、利用 unescape 进行读取用 escape 方法进行了编码的字符串
3、被采集的数据大都有结构规则，而用上面方法再增加判断规则的难度，所以算半重．
