Can you please answer a few routine questions before I approve you?

Your FraudMeter Score seems high.  Why do you think this is?

What parameters do you have in place to protect our advertisers against fraud?  Do you allow non US based IPs to become members?

How many sites will you be promoting our offers on?  How many points are given for each offer filled out on your (*******ed sites?  How many points does it take to earn big prizes?

Are you a network?  If so what type of affiliates do you have?  What is your screening process?  Do you allow cash or point ******ed sites in your network?

How long have you been in business?  Do you have a couple of references of advertisers that have worked with you?

Also, I just want to let you know that unless a campaign explicitly states that it can accept incentivized traffic, there will be no *****ed traffic permitted for that offer.  And we no longer accept cash *******d sites, and do not pay for leads coming from these sites.
