What You Need:
(1)Pre-paid credit card(Legit)(With $2 in it)
(1)Canadian/American Bank Account(With no money in it)
(1)Premier Verified PayPal Account(Doesn't take much to verify yourself)
(10) Different shops that accept paypal=)

First what your doing is totally legal and I doubt it'll ever come back to you.

What you do is add your Pre-Paid credit card to your account and make it your only credit card or your going to get raped. Also verify the temporary bank account you have and add it also to your paypal.

Next up heres what you do.. and here is the flaw.. Paypal for some reason lets you do instant transfers before the cash even comes out of your bank account. So when you buy something online it'll instantly send a online transfer to the seller and he'll receive the money right away. If he thinks its not your paypal account, just send him your id or w/e you have to do(you know what to do;)) Now it takes paypal 2-3 days to take the money from your bank account. So what you do in the meantime? Well you go to your bank and close it.

Now paypal will rage and try to take the money that they should of taken from the bank account and try to charge your credit card but little do they know is that its prepaid and it can't be overcharged.

So there you go you have all this free shit (I went up to $1,500) which is the limit of stuff you can buy with instant transfer.. and your safe from any charges..
