What is the best way for me to utilize my dating resources?

I have some model type women working for me
locally as well as some women working over seas for me. I would like to
utilize my resources the best way possible so I get the best return on
investment.

All women have webcams, mics and skype phones. My thought was to use
the over seas women to do the baiting on classified sites such as
craigslist, etc, then once someone is interested, use the local model
women to chat with the guy and show them their cam briefly to prove that
they are real, then to lure them into the dating site.



Maybe someone has a better idea or method on how to best use my resources. All help is greatly appreciated!

Maybe have them sign up to cam websites and have them promote a dating offer (CPA)?
Have them do a show then make them say "You can chat with me at this site and I might give you a free private show ". Have a .com domain that redirects to your affiliate link.

How do we get them on the cam website in the first place?

Have them register to myfreecams.com or other cam sites you find.
You have models there that get 10,000 live viewers that get tipped $100 sometimes. You could easily get the viewers to sign up for a paid dating offer.
