FindWhat provide relatively relevant results, but are perhaps the most restrictive of the medium-tier players in what traffic they're willing to consider valid.
7Search and GoClick are reasonable, but don't offer the most relevant results. Additionally, filtering of adult content is problematic with these two.
Ah-Ha are solid, and their logo links provide an interesting feature. Since they do not rollover funds generated that fail to reach the $50 minimum monthly payout, though, they may not be the best option for small sites.
Search123 are very helpful and responsive. I have yet to incorporate them into our feed, but they've been a great bunch to deal with.
SearchFeed and SpaEx are amongst the best of the aggregators. I've been forced to 'remind' SpaEx about late payments from time to time, but both are well run outfits that offer respectable revenue splits.
Those are the partners I've dealt with most frequently. Xuppa, myGeek, RevenuePilot, Sprinks and a few others are also keen to have their feeds delivered to small-medium sites, and may be worth exploring.

Top 10 pay per click search engines
Overture - review
(Note: Overture has increased its minimum bid, again. Read more here.)
The King of pay per click search engines, Overture has a well organized system. You can bid for rankings and also choose the description and title you want, which provides highly targeted traffic to your website. You can control your bids at all times and adjust them, based on the quality of your results. Especially handy is the Search Term Suggestion Tool, which shows you how often people search for a particular word or phrase.
Advertiser Tips and Tricks gives helpful tips from Overture's experts.
If you're in the top 10 at Overture, your link appears when someone searches using Dogpile meta search engine. If you're in the top six, you'll also appear in Metacrawler searches.
More people will click on your link if you use your key phrase in the title and in the description.
You'll probably receive more traffic from Overture than from all the other pay per click engines combined. However, because they are less popular, buying highly targeted traffic is much cheaper than at Overture.
The huge advantage of this kind of advertising is that you pay only when someone actually visits your site.
FindWhat - review
(FindWhat announces plans to merge with Espotting! More details here.)
FindWhat is raising its minimum bid from 1 to 5 cents on September 1, 2003. Now is a good time to start an account or research new keywords because your 1 cent bids you place before September will be permanently grandfathered. In other words, 1 cent bids you have or place now will forever stay at 1 cent unless you modify the listing.
It has an extensive distribution network including such search engines as WebCralwer, MetaCrawler, Search.com, Go2Net, Excite and NBCi.
You can start an account for as little as $25.

GoClick's Keyword tool not only helps you research more keywords, but also estimates how much traffic you will receive at a given bid amount.
GoClick still lets you start an account with only $10 and bid from 1 cent.
