关于w9表格的填写
本人使用真实SSN号码,填写地址时,所在州必须要和ssn号码对应吗?
另外w9表格里的地址就是收票的地址吗?我可以在后面的步骤设置收款地址吗?
还有就是 I am exempt from backup withholding和
Check this box if you have been notified by the IRS that you are currently subject to backup withholding because you have failed to report all interest and dividends on your tax return.
这两个是什么意思,要不要选上?请知道的前辈指点一下,多谢了! |
