PP问题.急求帮助.

英国的PP.没有激活!前几天收了点钱.没想到1500刀的发钱限制用完了.里面的钱不能取出来了,谁能帮个忙.把里面的钱给转出来,(重金),或者谁知道英国的这种未激活的PP.是它一年有这1500刀的限制.还是这种PP一生就只能SEND1500刀呢?

谢谢老大的答复..这个PP取钱估计已经没有希望了.今天早上收到UK方面PP的来信.已经被封掉了.更让人郁闷的是,昨天我把那个UK的PP里面的其中500多刀我转到CN的PP上面.现在这笔钱也被HELD了..而且我国内的PP也收到了这样的信.大家帮我看看.这个是必须给PP作以解答.或者不理这个,放弃这500多刀就行（希望这是最好的结局）.是吗?请圈内的兄弟姐妹出个主意,钱虽然不多,但大过年的出这样的事.挺郁闷......附CN的PP的来信：
