5月份的支票应该是丢了,
6、7月份的都已经收到了
我在support页面提交了重发5月份支票的要求
客服当天回信,很程式化的,跟faq里说的一样
让我检查地址,说支票如果丢失,重发需要25刀等等
我也没再回信,过了几天这个问题就自动关闭了
以前看帖子说申请重发支票后10天左右钱会回到帐户,跟下个月的支票一起发
可我这个已经14天了,钱还没退到帐户
我收到客服的回信后还需要再向他确认需要重发支票吗?
Thank you for your inquiry. If you have not yet received this check, please verify the mailing address you have listed in the CJ Account Manager™. Checks are sent to the address provided in your Commission Junction account on the date the check is printed. If the address is correct, it is possible the check has been lost in the mail.
If the check has been lost in the mail, you may ask for the payment to be re-issued. We must also inform you that the bank will charge a $25 re-issue fee (for checks in U.S. dollars) or a $50 fee (for checks in non-U.S. dollars), which will be deducted from the re-issued payment. Update this incident and request that we re-issue a check, and acknowledge you are aware that the applicable fee will be deducted from your payment.
