Make Money with PLR - does this still work?

Saw this tutorial in another forum, i wanna get the feedback of the guys here if this method still works?

    Let me give you a quick overview of how to use PLR content tand earn some good money that you want in start ,it takes little time and paid good


    1. Select a niche from the article pack. (i.e.Credit Cards and Debt which had 50 articles)

    2. Now, using a website template create a 50 page website
    and main page by simply copying and pasting the articles.

    3. add Google AdSense code to each page, and a set
    of ClickBank-related affiliate products with affiliate link
    embedded.

    4. add a popup form on the main page giving away a
    free report on the subject. The form feeds straight into
    Aweber which built a niche list for you.

    5. buy a new domain for $9.95 from hosting account
    and use it to generate a recurring income through AdSense
    clicks and affiliate commissions from ClickBank products.

    6. (Optional) - Purchase a related domain name, a years
    hosting, and upload the website and sell EVERYTHING
    (including domain and hosting) as a package through eBay!

    A 50 page website about Credit Cards and Debt will sell on
    eBay for $600 to $800. Obviously it depends on the niche
    that you choose. For some niches you'll get considerably
    more than that, and for others less. That's why it's important
    to choose a profitable niche.

    By building just one website per week and selling it, you're
    looking at $2400 to $3200 per month and with a bit of practice
    the website should take only 2 to 3 days to build - tops.

I don't can believe that you will sell a new website for $600 to $800 on ebay whatever the niche are because most peoples will have a look on the stats before buying, if you can buy a cheap domain thats already has a good pr this will have more chance that you can sell this for a good price but first you should look for your self on ebay what they are selling so you can see what they earn.

Possible yes but not with those prices. Website flipping is my thing and stuff isn't worth as much as it used to be.
